We have been informed that a company called Jayson-Russell-Rentals@europe.com is “running a scam” and at times using our company name , logo and copying the company information profile on staff members from our website www.jaysonrussell.com
Although their Domain name is different, and they are communicating via mobile numbers, we believe at times they are also downloading images and the CPM certificate (client money protection) from our website.
They seem to be communicating via emailing/sending via whatts app messages on a Facebook group of tenants searching for properties (londonstudentaccomodation2025-26).
We will never request a reservation fee/ holding deposit- without first meeting the tenants in person and showing them the actual property.
Whilst we have reported this to the police and Action Fraud – they have confirmed that it is down to prospective tenants who believe that they are being targeted to contact their local police service would suggest that if you have been asked by anyone sending you messages on whatts app/facebook that you contact the police on 101 or action fraud on 0300 123 2040.
